Charter of Corporate Behavior

We believe that it is expected by society and it is our mission
to be interactive with various people through our business activities,
to sincerely fulfill their satisfactions, and to build better relationship with them.
In order to maintain relationship with consumers firmly and
to be a responsible company in society, we comply with any types of laws
in all our company activities, and being sensible, we take actions according
to the following principles.

  1. 1. We provide products and services that are safe and of high quality.
    To gain more satisfactions and trust of our consumers, we promise to provide highly regarded products and services while maintaining its quality and reliability.
  2. 2. We comply with laws and rules conduct fair and transparent trading.
    We assure that our business is conducted according to international and domestic laws or other social rules and that it is fair and transparent.
  3. 3. Our business information is disclosed in a timely and appropriate manner.
    We disclose our business information to stakeholders (various people related to our business) including stockholders and investors in a timely and appropriate manner.
  4. 4. We create cheerful and lively atmosphere in our workplaces.
    We attempt to create safe and comfortable work environment. Also respecting personality, human rights and individuality of each employee, we maintain our workplace as cheerful and lively, at which the employees can demonstrate their individuality and creativity.
  5. 5. We are enthusiastic in working on environmental issues.
    Being aware of the importance on environmental issues, we enthusiastically work on such issues by effectively using resources and reducing the amount of wastes.
  6. 6. We always try to be interactive with local community and contribute to society.
    As a good corporate citizen in society, we are always interactive with local reidents, and implement various contributions to society through activities in local community.
  7. 7. Ensure proper handling of personal information on individual and others in an adequate manner.
    We handle various information including personal information in a lawful and adequate manner.
  8. 8. We are clearly against anti-social groups and relevant forces.
    We condemn and are firm to have no relations to anti-social forces and groups, which threaten social orders and security.

To realize the statements in this Charter of Corporate Behavior, our executives clearly understand that it is their vital roles to take initiatives and familiarize the employees according to this Charter.

In case of an incident that is against this Charter of Corporate Behavior, we take our responsibility to solve problems and make sure to take preventative actions to avoid the recurrence of such incident.
